Withdrawal

Online withdrawal is required when a parent/guardian intends to withdraw a child from the Adventures Plus school-age care program. Two-week notice required. Fees will continue to be incurred until the effective withdrawal date. (If more than one child is enrolled from the same family, a withdrawal must be requested for each child's contract.) The registration fee is non-refundable even if the contract is withdrawn prior to the start of the season. 

School-year care
$35 per contract early withdrawal fee will be applied to the account.

Summer care
Online withdrawal is required prior to May 1. After May 1, please email adventuresplus@ahschools.us to withdraw. If a contract is withdrawn after May 1, families are required to pay for the cost of the 20 days of minimum care, regardless of attendance.
