Traditional Private Schools

Traditional private schools located within the Anoka-Hennepin School District boundaries are eligible to receive state supports for health, guidance, and textbook aid. Aid may be requested by observing the following forms and deadlines.

The 'Request Form for Textbooks, Standardized Tests, and Individual Instructional Materials'; the 'Request Form for District Pupil Health Services'; and the 'Request Form for District Secondary Guidance/Counseling Services' are to be completed by parents and returned to the nonpublic school by September 15 each year. Data obtained from these forms will be used to complete the Student Report for Aids to Nonpublic Students.
